Yen Minh Duong

Registered Occupational Therapist

Yen is a recent graduate of Western University, with many pediatric experiences and a strong passion for supporting children and families in achieving their full potential across all aspects of life. She strives to foster opportunities in areas including self-growth, fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and emotional regulation. With a family-centered approach, Yen is dedicated to helping children engage in the activities they need and want to do to thrive all while having fun! During her downtime, she is an avid long-distance runner, hiker, crochet lover, and movie enthusiast.

Maria Kmet

Registered Occupational Therapist

Maria has over 25 years of experience. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology in 1995 and her Occupational Therapy degree from Wayne State University in 1998. Maria has worked in private practice, home care, insurance, outpatient, and school-based rehabilitation, supporting children with a wide range of developmental, neurological, genetic, and sensory needs, including autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, spina bifida, seizure disorders, sensory processing challenges, picky eating, and developmental delays. She is passionate about a client- and family-centred approach, helping children develop meaningful skills that promote independence and participation in everyday activities. Outside of work, Maria enjoys music, travelling, pickleball, gardening, cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

Amy Leger

Registered Occupational Therapist

Amy is a recent graduate of Western University. She has experience working in Pediatric settings and a passion for supporting children of all ages and their families. Amy is interested in helping children with a variety of goals including fine and gross motor, daily activities, sensory processing, and social/leisure activities. Using a family-centred approach, Amy works with the family and child to develop goals for the activities they want and need to do. In her free time, she enjoys baking, hiking, and crocheting.

Miranda Stanbury

Registered Occupational Therapist

Miranda is a graduate of Western University, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Master’s in Occupational Therapy. Originally from Burlington, Ontario, she discovered her passion for pediatric OT while volunteering at a pediatric clinic. With over six years of experience working with children, Miranda supports goals including motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, social participation, and daily activities. She provides in-home and clinic-based services in London using a collaborative, family-centred, play-based approach. Outside of work, Miranda enjoys skiing, golf, reading, running, pickleball, travelling, and relaxing at the beach.

Selina Simoes

Administrative Assistant

Selina is a graduate of Western University. She is passionate about supporting children and families by creating a warm, welcoming, and organized environment where everyone feels valued from the moment they arrive. With experience in administration and client care, Selina is committed to ensuring each family's experience is positive and seamless while providing compassionate support to both families and the clinical team. She believes that kindness, empathy, and strong communication can make a meaningful difference in a family's healthcare journey. Outside of work, Selina enjoys spending time with her dog, staying active outdoors, and discovering new coffee shops.

Aditi Iyer

Multilingual Speech-Language Pathologist

Aditi is fluent in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Gujarati. Originally from India, she completed her undergraduate degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology before earning her Master of Clinical Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Western University. Aditi is passionate about creating supportive, joyful spaces where children can communicate and thrive. She believes therapy is most meaningful when it is child-led and tailored to each child’s unique strengths, interests, and goals. Outside of work, Aditi enjoys reading, nature walks, music, exploring cafés, spending time by the water, and learning new songs on her ukulele.
